The short answer
The best explainer video company in India depends on your product and budget. For SaaS and B2B software, Broadcast2World, Advids, Piximove and MotionGility specialise in exactly that. For a Bengaluru team you can meet in person, look at Studiotale, Village Talkies and Defocus Studio. If you want a price before the first call, MotionCube publishes one: ₹70,000 for a 60-second animated video with voiceover.

How we picked
We started from the Indian studios that come up when buyers search for explainer videos and the names clients mention to us, then read each studio's own website. Numbers below are their claims, not ours. Google ratings were checked on 2 October 2026. Nobody paid to be included, and nobody on the list knows it exists.

If your explainer needs a lot of 3D
Most of the studios above are strongest in 2D. For products that need to be seen from the inside, start with our list of 3D animation companies in India, which includes 3DLabz in Kochi and Aadhya Animatics in Bengaluru.
How to choose an explainer studio
- Match the industry. A studio that has explained ten fintech products will understand yours faster.
- Ask who writes the script. The script decides most of the outcome. MotionCube's guide puts a good one at 130 to 150 words per finished minute, so a 60-second explainer has room for about 140 words.
- See the style frames before animation. You should approve still images before anything moves.
- Agree the review rounds in writing. Late changes are where budgets break.
- Ask for versions in the quote. 16:9, 9:16, a 15-second cut and other languages.
