The short answer
Content Cabinet is a video production company in Bengaluru for funded startups, wealth firms and enterprise marketing teams. We make about 60 videos a month: brand films, corporate films, explainers, video podcasts and the reels cut from them.
Recent work includes the opening campaign for StudioK's founder residency in Bengaluru, the HERitage film and the Capital Conversations podcast for Waterfield Advisors, and product films for Schneider Electric. Most films take three to six weeks from brief to master. We quote after a 20-minute call, once we know what the film has to do.
Our work
Films we made
What we make
Many production houses are built around the shoot. We are built around the script, because that is where a film succeeds or fails. Here is what that looks like across the formats we make most:
- Brand films. The piece a company gets remembered for. For StudioK we made eight films for the opening of its founder residency, including The Founder Residency and Aiming Higher. See films and launches.
- Corporate films. Investor days, leadership films, foundation and CSR films. We filmed Waterfield's 2026 Investor Day panels and made a five-minute legacy film for the Maharana of Mewar Charitable Foundation.
- Explainers and product films. 2D and 3D for products a camera cannot shoot. Schneider Electric's NetShelter film was made without a single shoot day. See explainer videos.
- Video podcasts. We run Capital Conversations for Waterfield Advisors, from format to final cut. The Mrinal Singh episode has passed 32,000 views on their channel. See podcasts and social.
- Launch and funding films. The film that goes out on the day. See launch videos.
Corporate video production, done differently
A corporate film usually fails for a boring reason: it tries to say everything the company does. We ask for the one thing a stranger should remember, and build the film around that.
Two habits come out of that. You approve a written script and a treatment before anyone books a camera, so the shoot day has no surprises. And we cut for where the film will live, so a three-minute corporate film also ships as a 60-second LinkedIn cut and a set of vertical clips.
At Waterfield's HERitage Huddle 2026 we filmed a day of panels and turned it into five long-form conversations and a run of reels. The reel with Zia Mody crossed 124,000 views on Instagram.
Who we are a good fit for
We work best with Series A and later startups, wealth and asset-management firms, and enterprise teams who need a story told well, then seen. If you need a single event recorded and nothing more, a local event crew will serve you better and cost less. We will say so on the first call.
Bengaluru, and Mumbai when it matters
Our studio and most of our crew are in Bengaluru. We shoot in Mumbai often, because most of our wealth clients are there, and we travel when the story needs it. Travel is planned into the quote, not added later.
What it costs
Corporate and brand film budgets in India vary more than people expect. Filmgoi's guide puts corporate video at roughly ₹20,000 to ₹1,50,000 per finished minute, and Balladi Studios puts the middle ground for brand films at ₹3 lakh to ₹15 lakh. Our explainer cost guide breaks down the animation side with sources. We quote after a call, because the number depends on what the film has to do.
The numbers
Monthly output and total views are our own reporting across client channels. The Waterfield figures are from their YouTube and Instagram accounts.
How it runs
From first call to final cut
We sit with the founder or marketing lead and find the one idea worth a film. Most of the first call is us listening.
You approve the words and the look before anyone books a camera.
Bengaluru or Mumbai. Crew, direction, sound and art on the day; your team turns up and talks.
Grade, mix, captions and versions for every platform, then we help you put it out.
Questions people ask
How much does a corporate video cost in Bengaluru?
It depends on shoot days, crew and how much animation is involved. Public price guides put corporate video in India at roughly ₹20,000 to ₹1,50,000 per finished minute, with high-end and multi-location productions at ₹2 lakh to ₹10 lakh or more. We quote after a 20-minute call.
How long does a brand film take?
Three to six weeks from brief to master for most films. Scripting and approvals take longer than the shoot.
Do you shoot outside Bengaluru?
Yes. We shoot in Mumbai regularly and travel wherever the story is.
What does a video production company actually do?
It turns a brief into a finished film: the idea, script, casting, crew, shoot, edit, sound, colour and the final versions. A good one also tells you what not to make.
Can you also make the reels and LinkedIn cuts?
Yes. Every film we make ships with cutdowns for the platforms you use, and we can run the reels as a monthly rhythm.
Do we need to be on camera?
No. About half our work is animation or uses other voices. When a founder does want to speak, we handle the preparation.
