These terms cover your use of the Content Cabinet website. They do not cover client projects. Every project runs on its own signed agreement, and where that agreement says something different, the agreement wins.
Using this site
You are welcome to read the site, share links to it and get in touch. Please do not scrape it at volume, republish the films hosted on it as your own, attempt to break into any part of it, or use it to send us anything unlawful.
The work on this page
The films, animation and stills shown here were made by Content Cabinet for the clients named alongside them. In most cases the client owns the finished work and it appears here with their name on it as a portfolio credit. Brand names, logos and marks belong to their owners. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to reuse any of it.
Our own material
The site design, copy and the Content Cabinet name and mark belong to Content Cabinet. Quote us with a credit and a link. Do not copy the site wholesale.
Enquiries and calls
Booking a call or sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or commit either side to a price. Work begins when a scope and a fee are agreed in writing.
What we say here
We keep the numbers and claims on this site accurate and current to the best of our knowledge. They describe past work and they are not a promise of a particular result on yours. Anything we commit to on your project will be written into your agreement.
Links out
The site links to YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X and our booking tool. We do not control those services and we are not responsible for what happens on them.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and correct, and we offer it as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when we last did.
