The short answer
Content Cabinet is an ad film production house in Bengaluru for startups and brands that advertise online. We write, shoot, animate and edit ad films for YouTube, Instagram, Meta and LinkedIn, and the brand films those campaigns are built on.
Recent ad work includes a 33-second animated Meta ad for Amazon SmartBiz, Amazon's website builder for Indian sellers, and the opening campaign for StudioK's founder residency in Bengaluru: eight films, debate reels with investors, and creator collaborations. We quote after a 20-minute call.
Our work
Ads and campaign films
The first second earns the next
A TV break gave an ad 30 seconds nobody could skip. In a feed, the viewer can scroll past in the first second, so the opening frame has to earn the next one. We write the opening shot first and build the film backwards from it.
The SmartBiz ad we made for Amazon opens on a slot machine spinning the last word of "Build your e-commerce website for", runs through the product's features while the reels turn, and only lands on the payoff, FREE, in the final frames. The question keeps people watching; the features ride along.
What we make
- Digital ad films. 15, 30 and 60 second films for YouTube, Instagram and OTT, shot in Bengaluru or Mumbai.
- Animated and motion ads. For products that are easier to draw than to film, like the SmartBiz ad. See explainer videos and animation.
- Launch and funding films. The film that goes out on the day. See launch videos.
- Brand films. The story your ads borrow from. See films and launches.
- Debate reels and creator collaborations. For StudioK's opening we put questions like "Would you invest in an arrogant founder?" to a panel of investors and operators, and creators posted the films to their own followers.
- Event films. An event film for IMDb at the MAMI film festival in Mumbai, made with 222 Productions.
What an ad film costs in India
Cybertize Media's 2026 guide puts entry-level digital and social ad films at ₹50,000 to ₹3 lakh, mid-range digital or OTT films at ₹3 lakh to ₹20 lakh, premium TV commercials and brand films at ₹20 lakh to ₹75 lakh, and national TV commercials with a celebrity at ₹75 lakh to ₹2 crore or more. Airtime is separate, and GST adds 18%. Our video production cost guide has every range with sources. We quote after a call, once we know where the ad will run.
Who we are a good fit for
Startups and growth-stage brands that advertise online, B2B companies running LinkedIn and YouTube campaigns, and marketing teams that want the brand film and the ads made by the same people. If your brief is a national TV commercial with a film star, a large Mumbai ad film house is built for that scale, and we will say so on the first call.
Shot in Bengaluru, cut for every placement
Our studio and most of our crew are in Bengaluru, and we shoot in Mumbai often. Every ad ships in the shapes its placements need: 9:16 for Reels and Shorts, 4:5 or 1:1 for the feed, 16:9 for YouTube, with captions for people watching without sound.

Questions people ask
How much does an ad film cost in Bengaluru?
Public guides put entry-level digital ad films at ₹50,000 to ₹3 lakh and mid-range digital or OTT films at ₹3 lakh to ₹20 lakh, with premium TV commercials at ₹20 lakh to ₹75 lakh. We quote after a 20-minute call.
What is the difference between an ad film and a brand film?
An ad film sells a product or an offer inside a media plan, usually in 15 to 60 seconds. A brand film builds the reason a company exists, often runs longer, and is made to be shared as well as bought.
How long does an ad film take?
Three to six weeks from brief to master for most films. Scripting and approvals take longer than the shoot.
Do you make TV commercials?
Most of our ad work runs online: YouTube, Instagram, Meta and LinkedIn. For a celebrity-led national TV commercial, a large Mumbai ad film house is usually the better fit.
Can you make animated ads?
Yes. The SmartBiz ad for Amazon is fully animated, and an animated ad can be re-cut for new offers without a reshoot.
Do you work with creators?
Yes. For StudioK's opening campaign, creators posted our films to their own followers.
